Tropical Smoothie

Just in time for the warm weather...I LOVE LOVE LOVE smoothies. I think they make a delicious breakfast, snack or dessert. I make them a thousand different ways and add all kinds of things into them, but here is a good tropical smoothie...it's one of my favorites :-) You can also pour this into a popsicle maker or dehydrate for fruit leather.

1/4 C coconut milk
1 banana
1/2 orange (with a little peel left on)
1/2 C frozen pineapple
1 TBSP flax seed, optional
handful of spinach, optional

Blend in vita and enjoy!
